What's included

Medical Consultation

This consultation includes basic medical assessment and doctor review to support general health evaluation and personalised medical advice.

This consultation includes:

Body Analysis & Vital Signs

This assessment evaluates basic body measurements and vital signs to support overall health assessment, cardiovascular risk evaluation, and wellness monitoring before marriage.

This assessment includes:

Haemoglobin A2 (HbA2)

This screening evaluates Haemoglobin A2 (HbA2) levels to support assessment of haemoglobin disorders and thalassaemia. Abnormal HbA2 levels may help identify beta-thalassaemia trait and other inherited haemoglobin abnormalities.

Fetal Haemoglobin (HbF)

This screening evaluates Fetal Haemoglobin (HbF) levels to support assessment of haemoglobin disorders and inherited blood conditions. Elevated HbF levels may be associated with thalassaemia, sickle cell disease, or other haematological disorders.

Haemoglobin H (HbH)

This screening evaluates Haemoglobin H (HbH) levels to support assessment of alpha-thalassaemia and related haemoglobin disorders. Detection of HbH may indicate alpha-thalassaemia and help support diagnosis of inherited blood conditions.

Red Cell Count & Indices

This screening evaluates red blood cell count and red cell indices to support assessment of anaemia, thalassaemia, and overall haematological health. Abnormal results may help identify iron deficiency, inherited haemoglobin disorders, nutritional deficiencies, or other blood-related conditions.

Ferritin

This screening evaluates ferritin levels to support assessment of the body’s iron stores. Abnormal ferritin levels may be associated with iron deficiency, anaemia, inflammation, liver disorders, or iron overload conditions.

Comments and Interpretation by Consultant Haematologist

This consultation provides specialist review and interpretation of haematology screening results to support accurate diagnosis, risk assessment, and personalised management recommendations. Further investigations may be advised based on the findings.
