This screening includes:
Reticulocyte Count
This screening evaluates rheumatoid factor levels associated with autoimmune and inflammatory joint-related conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Direct Coombs Test
This screening evaluates the presence of antibodies attached to red blood cells to support assessment of autoimmune haemolytic anaemia, transfusion reactions, and other immune-related blood disorders. Abnormal results may indicate immune-mediated destruction of red blood cells and may require further clinical evaluation.
Albumin
This screening evaluates albumin levels to support assessment of kidney function, nutritional status, and protein balance. Abnormal albumin levels may be associated with kidney disease, liver disorders, malnutrition, or chronic inflammatory conditions.
Creatinine
This screening evaluates creatinine levels to support assessment of kidney function and filtration efficiency. Elevated creatinine levels may indicate reduced kidney function or kidney-related disorders requiring further evaluation.
Creatinine Kinase (CK)
This screening evaluates creatine kinase (CK) levels to support assessment of muscle health and tissue injury. Elevated CK levels may be associated with muscle inflammation, muscle damage, strenuous physical activity, certain medications, or other neuromuscular conditions requiring further evaluation.
Anti-Nuclear Factor (Titre & Pattern)
This screening evaluates ANA levels, titre, and staining pattern to support assessment of autoimmune disorders and connective tissue diseases. Abnormal results may be associated with lupus, Sjögren’s syndrome, scleroderma, and other autoimmune conditions.
Complement 3 (C3)
This screening evaluates Complement 3 (C3) levels to support assessment of immune system activity and autoimmune disorders. Abnormal C3 levels may be associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), kidney inflammation, infections, and other immune-related conditions.
Complement 4 (C4)
This screening evaluates Complement 4 (C4) levels to support assessment of immune system function and autoimmune diseases. Reduced C4 levels may be associated with lupus (SLE), autoimmune vasculitis, hereditary angioedema, and other immune-related disorders requiring further clinical evaluation.
dsDNA Antibody
This screening evaluates dsDNA antibody levels to support assessment of lupus (SLE) and related autoimmune conditions. Elevated levels may indicate autoimmune activity and may require further clinical evaluation.
Urine FEME
This screening evaluates urine appearance, chemical composition, and microscopic findings to support assessment of kidney health, urinary tract conditions, diabetes-related changes, and other metabolic disorders.
