IWI & 6th Global Wound Conference 2024: Advancing Wound Care Through International Collaboration

On 18 October 2024, our advanced wound care team participated in the IWI & 6th Global Wound Conference 2024, an international wound care conference that brought together wound care specialists, clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals from across the world to exchange expertise and discuss the latest developments in modern wound management.

The conference featured scientific presentations, practical workshops, case discussions, and multidisciplinary sharing sessions focused on advancing wound healing practices, infection management, tissue preservation, and patient-centred wound care.

During the conference, Dr. Sreedharan Muniandy served as one of the committee members while also presenting three clinical case studies focusing on immersion techniques using Stabilised Super Oxidised Solution (SSOS) in wound management. The presentation highlighted practical clinical experiences, innovative wound care approaches, and real-world applications in managing difficult-to-heal wounds and diabetic foot complications.
